Nothing to brag about

Regarding the recent article on Okay Cannabis, why didn't the business just take out an ad in the Daily Herald? The article leaned toward an ad vs an article written by a reporter. Frankly, I think it is sad that Wheeling cannot make better use of a prime Restaurant Row space. I personally do not find it worth boasting about, "the first recreational consumption lounge in Cook County", as part of Wheeling's supposedly famous Restaurant Row.
