Eaglestone Manufacturing leases Naperville building
NAPERVILLE - Elmhurst-based DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International said it negotiated the sublease of 1560 Fronternac Road in Naperville. The 85,608-square-foot building was subleased by Eaglestone Manufacturing, a maker of production line equipment like conveyor belts, sorting systems and other machines.
"The new subtenant likes the pro-business community in Naperville, and was able to keep most of their employees by staying close to their previous location in St. Charles," said Mandy Lewandowski, vice president of DarwinPW Realty who, along with Associate Luke Ferzacca, was involved in the negotiations.
The property was constructed in 1988 and is located just one mile from the Route 59 interchange on I-88. It includes a newly renovated, 4,500-square-foot office space in addition to a manufacturing floor with a 22-foot-heigh ceiling, six interior docks and two drive-in doors.
The subtenant was represented by Lee & Associates Nick Eboli and Andrew Block. Eaglestone is scheduled to move into the building this fall.
