Annual Charity Supercar Show raises $60,000 for 3 nonprofits
The Clearwater Capital Foundation's third annual Charity Supercar Show, held Saturday, June 10, was a resounding success. The exciting pulse of the helicopter landing in the parking lot of the Clearwater Capital Partners headquarters kicked off many unique moments at the show.
Featuring more than 250 exotic supercars, specialty cars, boats and a helicopter, the event attracted a crowd of more than 1,000 spectators. Through the support of sponsors and car enthusiasts, the event raised $60,000, with 100% of the donations directly benefiting three charitable beneficiaries: The Bridge Youth & Family Services, A Giving Heart Foundation and Fellowship Housing.
"This year's event was a year of record breaking," said James Chapman executive director of Clearwater Capital Foundation. "Record -breaking in terms of attendance, in cars brought out, in dollars raised, in really every aspect.
"I am thankful to our sponsors and to the Chicago car community (and beyond) for continuing to show up in support, which translates into fundraising growth that will further impact our selected nonprofits."
