Trump's real legal issue

In response to Byron York's article regarding the reason Trump took the classified documents: It doesn't matter why. The problem is that he refused to return the documents, engaged another person to hide the documents and lie to the justice department about having them. It ended up with his indictment after months of criminal behavior. He has admitted as much in a public interview with Bret Baier on Fox.
