Letter: 'So what?' is not the answer on Biden

Susan Estrich says "so what" if Joe Biden is an 86-year-old president at the end of a second term. Ms. Estrich wrote three times about his accomplishments and never once in the article suggested what they were.

Do you really believe that he has restored "America's leadership in the world?" That he has "managed to accomplish a great deal," I agree, but I don't like his "accomplishments."

They include, to name a few: an unmitigated border crisis, out-of-control inflation, failing to shoot down a Chinese spy balloon until after it flew across the U.S., depleting the strategic oil reserves, enslaving the country to foreign energy, and hidden documents. He's a multimillionaire with no job except politics. I can't say "so what."

Ms. Estrich has written similarly in the past, viz. her Sept. 21 Daily Herald column entitled "Why Don't You Like Joe Biden?" All fluff, and no supporting facts.

Joe Biden can't do the job. He can't even remember which country he visited. At his very few press conferences, he already has the questions and answers on cue cards. "So what"? Come on. Wake up and smell the coffee.
