Clear Height Properties completes leases

OAK BROOK - Clear Height Properties said it has completed 40 leases totaling 256,000 square feet of space in the first quarter of 2023.

Max Hoye, director of leasing at Clear Height, attributes the company's leasing success to a variety of factors, including helping existing tenants solve the puzzle of finding larger units within the firm's portfolio.

Significant transactions in the first quarter of 2023 included:

• Adesta, an Allied Universal company that specializes in the design and implementation of communications infrastructure and networks, signed a 16,000-square-foot lease in Glendale Heights.

• Precision Metal Products, a metal stamping firm, signed a 20,000-square-feet renewal in Addison.

• An industrial supplies company in Addison is expanding its operations into an adjacent 16,000-square-foot building.

• Wensco, a wholesale stocking sign distributor, signed a 25,000-square-feet renewal in Addison.

• Efficient Documents, an existing Clear Height tenant, will be relocating to a neighboring property in Addison and signed a 12,000-square-feet lease.

"Clear Height had a strong first quarter of new and renewal leasing activity throughout our 4 million-square-foot portfolio," Hoye said. "We stay in constant communication with our nearly 400 tenants to ensure their real estate needs are being met."
