Letter: On 'fair share' of taxes

Who's not paying their fair share?

The top 1% pay 42% of federal income taxes. The top 10% pay 74% of taxes. 95% of federal Taxes are paid by households making $98,000 or more.

The bottom 40% pay zero.

So, who's not paying their fair share?
