Alleluia Quartet returns to Elgin church for April 15 concert
On Saturday, April 15, Journey of Hope Church in Elgin welcomes back Alleluia Quartet for its second concert in the Elgin area.
The evening will begin with a spaghetti dinner at 6 p.m. and the concert at 7 p.m.
Proceeds from the dinner will benefit Journey of Hope's mission trip to Spirit Lake, North Dakota. There will be a free will offering taken for the meal.
Following the meal, Alleluia Quartet brings their special style of quartet music in a special concert.
Alleluia Quartet on their website says, "We're just four guys, called by God to share hope, grace, and love." They have performed all over Illinois, Wisconsin, and Iowa, bringing this message to all. Todd Scott, tenor, says; "This is a ministry. Wherever we go, we worship. And we have been given the opportunity to worship with people in many different places." Alleluia Quartet has been singing together for over 30 years and has multiple recordings to their name. Their latest release "Alleluia," recorded in Denver Colorado, is a project which helps to lead you through a time of worship.
Join us at Journey of Hope on the corner of Randall and Highland for an evening of food, fun, and music as Alleluia Quartet performs on this special night!
The church, which is handicapped accessible for all, is located at 37W040 Highland Ave. in Elgin.
