Hoof Woof & Meow to hold pet adoption event April 22

Hoof Woof and Meow Animal Rescue will host an "Adoptables Meet and Greet" event from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 22, at its new location, 440 J Airport Road, Elgin.

Many of their adoptable puppies, adult dogs, and kittens will be present, along with their foster parents/handlers who can answer questions.

All available Hoof Woof and Meow dogs and cats can be viewed on hoofwoofmeow.org or facebook.com/HoofWoofMeowAnimalRescue/.

Hoof Woof and Meow Animal Rescue is made up of a coalition of volunteers and professionals that include rescuers, transporters, fosters, veterinarians, humane societies, investigators and shelters that advocate for and save homeless animals throughout the state of Illinois and across the country.

It is a 100% foster and volunteer-based rescue. Animals are viewed by appointment only since they reside in foster homes.
