The Ecker Center for Behavioral Health in Elgin joined the Elgin Area Chamber to celebrate the new Crisis Stabilization Program. Mayor David Kaptain joined Ecker Center's staff, Elgin Area Chamber staff, volunteers and community friends to celebrate at the Center, located at 1845 Grandstand Place. This new community resource will provide support for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis and avoid unnecessary emergency room visits.
