Q: What is the most serious issue your community will face in the coming years and how should the village board respond to it?

A: It's important to have a diverse range of community leaders and stakeholders involved in decision making, planning and listening to homeowners, as well as to be transparent and open about new developments. Bartlett needs more big chains of departments stores to get more employment.

Q: How would you describe the state of your community's finances?

A: I believe it's important to note that the most effective strategy for improving community finances will depend on the specific circumstances of the community.

Q: What should be the three top priorities for spending in your community during the next four years?

A: 1.) Supporting for diversify board. 2.) Property tax relief. 3.) Small businesses and economic development.

Q: Are there areas of spending that need to be curtailed? If so, what are they?

A: Yes there are few areas that we can curtailed the spendings 1.) Controlling nonessential spending. 2.) Cutting down the amount we pay to service dept., if it's taken. 3.) Cost cutting in expenses.

Q: What do you see as the most important infrastructure project the community must address? Why and how should it be paid for? Conversely, during these uncertain economic times, what project(s) can be put on the back burner?

A: I see some schools buildings need to be redeveloped taking help with school board. Bartlett only has immediate care facilities, need to bring a big hospital for the community needs in emergency. Also improving streets and roads with help from townships. How this projects should be paid for, state and federal grants, public and private partnerships.

Q: Describe your experience working in a group setting to determine policy. What is your style in such a setting to reach agreement and manage local government? Explain how you think that will be effective in producing effective actions and decisions with your village board.

A: I will use my previous experience that help me improve and manage effectively. Overall, effective policymaking in a group setting requires open communication, active participation, clear goals and objectives and willingness to compromise and find common ground.

Q: What makes you the best candidate for the job?

A: Community involvement, I believe a strong candidate should have a good understanding of the community and its needs and with my proven track record of community involvement.

Q: What's one good idea you have to better the community that no one is talking about yet?

A: Providing mental health resources; mental health is an important aspect of overall health and well-being. Because of things going in the world, countries, states and cities, communities need mental health support, by giving them we will help communities grow strong and healthy.
