Letter: Crafty trick at airport

An article in the Daily Herald "Changes to ride-share pickups coming at O'Hare's Terminal 5" says Uber, Lyft and similar services have to go to Terminal 2 to pick up arriving passengers from Terminal 5. So passengers from Terminal 5 have to take the train to Terminal 2 upper level. The train takes approximately 5 minutes, depending on the train's arrival at Terminal 5. Taxis and limos can still pick up passengers at Terminal 5.

This to me seems like a crafty trick to discourage people from using Uber, Lyft and other services. Why don't they reverse this and have Limos and taxis pick up at Terminal 2 instead? It would be fairer to do so since the other services are much more desirable and popular than limos and taxis.
