Lake Barrington village board to discuss contract extension

The Lake Barrington village board will meet Wednesday to discuss extending Village Administrator Karen Daulton Lange's contract until May 31.

The meeting is set for 7 p.m. at village hall, 23860 N. Old Barrington Road.

Lange is set to retire in May.

The board also will discuss upcoming road improvement projects, a proposed ban on ground-mounted solar panels in residential zoned areas and other business.
