Contributed Content Connection launches platform

NORTHBROOK - Contributed Content Connection recently unveiled its online platform to help expert sources and media outlets connect.

CCC is a centralized hub for byline news article opportunities. CCC offers media outlets the ability to publicize requests for topic-specific article submissions from qualified individuals, the company said.

After story requests are submitted by media organizations, willing expert sources search and submit pitches to write the content in response.

"There are a million and one journalist-to-expert query connections available. It seemed obvious to make one for those who publish contributed content too, especially with the demand so high right now," said Matt Siegler, CCC's founder and the president of HighRes PR. "I call newsrooms and media outlets all day for PR purposes, and I've never heard so many say, 'I like the topic, but I'm too busy to interview. Can you write it?' When you think about it, this makes sense with all the staffing shortages."

CCC has no-cost options for both expert sources and media outlets including its newsletter sign up and small quantities of monthly submission requests. For details, visit contributedcontentconnection.com.
