Registration open for Hoffman Estates' 2023 Citizens Fire Academy

Train like a firefighter by joining Hoffman Estates' 2023 Citizens Fire Academy.

Participants will complete search and rescue drills, learn CPR, rappel from height, extricate with the Jaws of Life, and more.

Citizens Fire Academy courses will run Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. March 8 through May 10, with a graduation ceremony on May 15.

Citizens Fire Academy participants must be at least 18 years of age.
