Letter: Drivers should respect handicap spaces

I am a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. It is sad to see people using handicapped parking spaces even though they are not handicapped. that is fine if the disabled person is in the car. I had two knee replacements, one hip replacement and back surgery, I refuse to use a handicap sticker, because some else could use the parking space.
