Massage business proposed for Wheeling

Wheeling's plan commission will meet Wednesday to discuss a plan to open a massage business in town.

Good Foot Spa, 43 Huntington Lane, needs a special-use permit to operate in Wheeling. The village board approves such permits, and the commission advises the board.

The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. at village hall, 2 Community Blvd.
