District 64 board meets Thursday night to adopt tax levy

The Park Ridge-Niles School District 64 board will meet Thursday to adopt the district's latest tax levy and address other business.

The board also will discuss putting vacant land on the 800 block of Rowe Avenue in Park Ridge up for sale. The property had adjoined the former Oakton School and no longer is needed by the district, officials said in a memo.

The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. at Emerson School, 8101 Cumberland Ave., Niles.
