Naperville Rotary Club holding food, toy drive

The Rotary Club of Naperville Sunrise is holding a holiday drive-by and drop-off food and toy drive.

The event takes place from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 4, in front of the Naperville Country Club, 25W570 Chicago Ave. It will benefit the West Suburban Community Pantry, which serves more than 750 families in Bolingbrook, Lisle, Naperville, Romeoville, Westmont, Willowbrook and Woodridge.

Donations also can be dropped off at the pantry, 6809 Hobson Valley Drive, Unit 118, in Woodridge, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Needed items include new, unwrapped toys and books, diapers and baby wipes, boxed potatoes, canned or instant gravy, canned cranberries or cranberry sauce, canned vegetables or soups, and pumpkin, apple or cherry pie filling.
