Sevan hits milestones in store refreshes

DOWNERS GROVE - Sevan Multi-Site Solutions Inc. said it has reached a significant milestone - refreshing over 28,000 retail sites and 21,000 restaurant locations.

Sevan provides building management for clients with multiple sites, which can include customized site refreshes for retail and restaurant clients.

"Reaching these enormous milestones speaks to our extensive capabilities and excellent delivery of work across North America and the United Kingdom," said Jim Evans, founder and CEO of Downers Grove-based Sevan. "We look forward to growing with our client partners."

Sevan also provides guidance and solutions for rebuilds, remodels, program initiatives, permitting, due diligence and more. Sevan's expertise spans across additional services for restaurant, retail and government clients including technology consulting, site surveys, spatial design and construction documentation.
