Wheeling to discuss permit for new massage business
The Wheeling village board will meet Monday to discuss granting a permit for a massage business in town.
Omm Massage, 77 S. Milwaukee Ave., has requested the permit.
The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. at village hall, 2 Community Blvd.
