KidsMatter holding volunteer fair Monday in Naperville

Naperville-based KidsMatter will host its 19th annual Volunteer Fair on Monday, Oct. 17.

The event will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the first-floor multipurpose rooms at the Fort Hill Activity Center, 20 Fort Hill Drive in Naperville.

The free event is open for kids, teens and adults looking for ways to volunteer in the community.

"While out in the community, we hear that many organizations are still in great need of volunteer help," said Nina Menis, CEO and executive director of KidsMatter. "For many, this was lost during the pandemic, and many have not returned to volunteering. Each and every person can make a difference."
