Not a believer
After reading the Opinion page in a recent Daily Herald, I would like to answer some of the comments made by Peter Prainito.
On the Afghan withdrawal, Biden was advised by his advisers not to pull out so quickly; this information he disregarded. He also made no attempt to secure the millions of dollars in equipment he left for them. He opened the border and stopped the building of the wall the first day of his office. He also canceled the order to remain in Mexico for immigrants seeking entrance.
He has never secured our southern border. He was the first to bus illegal immigrants from the border to other cities. On gas prices, he stopped the pipeline and fracking and sold some of our reserve to China.
Crime is rampant in most major cities, especially Chicago and New York City. He is to blame along with his incompetent vice president. If you can still believe in this administration, I believe you believe in the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy, too.
