South Elgin fire district to hold Oct. 8 open house
The South Elgin & Countryside Fire Protection District will host an open house on Saturday, Oct. 8, during Fire Prevention Week.
Between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., visitors can take a tour of Fire Station 21, 1090 W. Spring St., meet the firefighters, and learn about the many services the fire department and emergency medical service providers deliver to residents.
