Letter: Can't hide bias

The letter by the Senior Management of Paddock Publications in Friday's Daily Herald doesn't pass the smell test. The Herald proves that they are anything but a newspaper written with journalistic integrity. How can the Herald make such proclamations?

Look inside the Herald and you will find multiple right-wing columnists. The number of right-wing letters published far outnumber those by center or left leaning folks. Most stories about the many investigations into the former president are buried inside. Like the other day when a story on Fall and pumpkins took up the entire center of the front page. This was on the same day when the lawsuit involving the former president was announced.

On top of that, the article, again buried inside, was written as if the lawsuit wasn't legitimate instead of just stating facts. Journalistic integrity involves reporting facts without slant or bias, not just making claims that you do so.
