Motorcyclist hits median wall on I-94

A motorcyclist sustained life-threatening injuries after crashing Tuesday on I-94 in Gurnee, according to Illinois State Police.

At 4:15 p.m. authorities responded to the crash site on I-94 near Belvidere Road.

Authorities said the motorcyclist was traveling east on the highway before losing control of the bike.

The accident is still under investigation.
