Fundraiser in Libertyville Thursday to benefit USO

A fundraiser to benefit the USO organization at Naval Station Great Lakes will be held from 4 to 10 p.m. Thursday, at Mickey Finn's Brewery, 345 N. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville.

The inaugural "Finn's After Dark" will be held in the back parking lot and feature live music from Darryl Marquette and the band 401Hz, food and Finn's beer.

The event is free for enlisted service members and first responders. Admission is $20 admission for everyone else. All proceeds will be donated to the local USO organization at Naval Station Great Lakes. Local Vietnam veteran and Medal of Honor recipient Al Lynch will be honored at the event.
