Grains mostly higher, Livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mostly higher Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for Sep. was off 2.50 cents at $8.50 a bushel; Sep. corn rose 17 cents at $7.16 a bushel; Dec. oats was up 13.25 cents at $4.0925 a bushel; while Sep. soybeans advanced 78.25 cents at 15.5075 a bushel.

Beef was lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Oct. live cattle was off .83 cent at $1.4527 a pound; Sep. feeder cattle fell 2.70 cents at $1.8027 a pound; Oct. lean hogs rose 1.15 cents at $.9295 a pound.
