Letter: Plenty of work for IRS

What David Clark tells us in his complaint of 87,000 new IRS employees is that there are only 614 billionaires in the United States. He asks why 87,000? What he conveniently doesn't mention is that it is a long way from being a millionaire to being a billionaire. There is a huge number of multi millionaires in this country. They aren't middle class and many need audits. Revenue from corrected tax reports is expected to go well beyond the new employees' salaries.
