See Model T Fords Saturday in Elgin

The Fox Valley Chapter of the Model T Ford Club will host its annual car show and a commemorative drive Saturday in Elgin.

The show will take place from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Avantara parking lot at 1950 W. Larkin Avenue. A drive that closely follows the course of the Elgin Road Race, once a 300-mile race that happened annually between 1910 and 1920, will follow at 3:30 p.m.
