OrthoIllinois welcomes Shah to medical team

ELGIN - OrthoIllinois, a leading bone and joint health care provider in northern Illinois, continues to expand its medical team with the addition of Dr. Neal Shah, an interventional pain management physician, to the organization's Elgin location.

In his practice at OrthoIllinois, Shah treats patients with chronic pain conditions. He has a special interest in regional anesthetic options and advanced therapies like radiofrequency ablation, neuromodulation and infusion therapies, such as ketamine and propofol. He is passionate about utilizing a multimodal approach to building comprehensive treatment plans tailored for each individual.

Shah earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, and was chief resident during his anesthesiology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Shah received his fellowship training in interventional pain management in his hometown of Chicago at Rush University Medical Center.
