PCTEL reports revenue increase in quarter

BLOOMINGDALE - PCTEL Inc. said revenues increased 15% year-over-year to $25.0 million in its fiscal year second quarter.

Revenues in the second quarter of fiscal year 2021 were $21.7 million. Gross profit was 11.4 million in the quarter, as compared to $9.9 million in the same period last year.

PCTEL is a provider of telecommunications antennas and other wireless technology solutions.

"We expect positive momentum to continue and are keenly focused on executing on our three key growth strategies: launching innovative wireless products, increasing market share by providing more components of the wireless ecosystem, and expanding and leveraging distribution channels," CEO David Neumann said.
