Two Aurora churches to join in outdoor worship Aug. 7

Two neighboring churches on Aurora's west side, New England Congregational Church and Our Savior Lutheran Church, will hold the third of three joint outdoor worship services on Sunday, Aug. 7.

The all-ages service will be held at 10 a.m. on green space at New England's playground.

The community is welcome.

The service will feature a children's time, communion and a new liturgy designed to bring the two congregations together in worship.

Music will be provided by pianist Andrew Maya.

Our Savior congregants will serve refreshments after the service.
