Violist, pianist to perform at Barrington's White House

Welcome home Barrington native violist Stephanie Block and pianist Clare Longendyke for a performance at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 29, in the 3rd Floor Ballroom at Barrington's White House.

Praised as "exceptionally talented" and "a virtuosic performer," violist Stephanie Block has performed internationally as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral musician.

A recent alumna of the New World Symphony, Block has performed with the London and Milwaukee symphonies, as well as the Sarasota Orchestra.

Pianist Clare Longendyke's musicianship and interpretations delight audiences wherever she performs. Recognized as a firebrand in the classical music field, the soloist and chamber musician aspires to foster interpersonal connections between people from diverse backgrounds to catalyze conversation and the exchange of unique perspectives through music performance.
