Letter: Inspiring signs

I just picked up my "Highland Park Strong" sign. Seeing the many signs has been an inspiration to me, reminding me of the strength that we have to face these horrible events. The signs make me feel linked to my community in a new way and i am thankful for everyone who has one displayed. I am also thankful for the many waves and greetings that people are sharing.

When walking back with my sign, I had a thought it would be good to hold on to them and put them up next year right before our first anniversary. This may help us to call up our strength as we face this terrible memory.
