Letter: Shooting off fireworks is criminal — and dirty, too

To all the inconsiderates out there who think it's OK to break the law and shoot off illegal fireworks, it's bad enough you're committing a criminal act, but you can't even go out and clean up your garbage the day after. What are you afraid of? Someone will recognize you and return the favor of a criminal act in your back yard?
