Arlington Heights crash sends one to the hospital

One person was taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon in Arlington Heights.

Arlington Heights police said they responded at 2:19 p.m. to a crash at Goebbert and Algonquin roads.

Authorities said a gray Toyota Camry rear-ended a Jeep Liberty while turning at the intersection. The injured driver was taken to Northwest Community Hospital.
