Lombard reschedules fireworks display to Sept. 4
Lombard has rescheduled its canceled Fourth of July Fireworks display to Labor Day weekend.
The fireworks are now set for Sept. 4, after dusk at Madison Meadow Park, 550 Madison St., Lombard.
The Lombard Police and Fire Departments previously had advised the village to cancel any mass gatherings on the Fourth of July due to the parade attack in Highland Park.
