Tucker Carlson and Fox News Jan. 6 hearings logic:

A guy steals a car and gets caught. He appears in court. The judge asks,"How do you plead?"

The defendant's attorney stands up and says "Not guilty, your honor. And frankly, your honor, my client is very annoyed the court continues to hound him about this. He has declared his innocence many times, your honor. And inflation is at its highest point in decades, Gas is at $8 a gallon and murderous felons are pouring across our borders by the thousands daily. This incident happened a long time ago, and we feel everyone is better off if we just forget about the whole thing and move on your honor."
