The Geneva Chamber of Commerce, held a ribbon cutting for Up North Wine Tasting Room, 9 N. Second St. in Geneva on June 10. Geneva Alderman Gabe Kaven and Mayor Kevin Burns held the ribbon while owners Cathy Humphreys, Amy Goedken and Mary Humphreys cut the ribbon surrounded by employees, family, friends, chamber staff and chamber members.
The Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce and the village of Barrington gathered for a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 7 to celebrate the opening of Barrington Back & Body at 455 W. Northwest Hwy., Suite 10 in Barrington. Ribbon-cutting attendees included (l-r): BACC Board Chairman Doug McAllister (Douglas Automotive); Jon Stickney (Barrington Bank & Trust Co., N.A.); Holly Skinner, Dr. Wendy Hutton, Stephanie Martin and Dobromila Pavlasova (Barrington Back & Body); Martha Goodman Stack (Wells Fargo Advisors); Steve Wilson (CBIZ); Karen Darch (Village of Barrington); and Linda Gump (College Nannies + Sitters + Tutors).
The Geneva Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Currito, 1873 S. Randall Road in Geneva on June 20. Director of Operations Jim Wohl held the ribbon while manager Cindy Barajas cut the ribbon surrounded by employees and chamber staff.
The Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce gathered with Deer Park Town Center management for a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 15 to celebrate the newly remodeled Brighton store located at 20530 Rand Road, Suite 412 in Deer Park Town Center. Ribbon-cutting attendees included (l-r): Dawn Sosa, Melissa Gale, Pat Braser, Robin Kattner and Amy Kaplan (Brighton); Angelika Fejklowicz (Deer Park Town Center); Martha Goodman Stack (Wells Fargo Advisors); Lisa Blaszinski (Deer Park Town Center); and BACC Board Member Brett Koenig (Crissie Insurance Group).
On June 22 a ribbon cutting was held for the new owners of Home Helpers Home Care in Bloomingdale. Home Helpers provides help in the home for new mothers to seniors, providing care the way you want to be cared for. Owner Claire Leegard cuts the ribbon with her husband, Jon Leegard, surrounded by staff, friends and fellow Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce members.
