Naperville Salute announces musical lineup
Naperville Salute organizers have announced the musical lineup for the four-day event that begins July 1.
In partnership with the city, the Naperville Park District and sponsors, Naperville Salute organizers are holding the second annual event at Rotary Hill, 443 Aurora Ave., from July 1 through July 4. The event features live music, food and beverage vendors, special presentations for military veterans and a Family Fun Zone.
All of the proceeds will go to assist veterans through Naperville Responds to Veterans.
The July 1 musical lineup is headlined by Earth, Wind & Fire tribute band Shining Star, in addition to After School Special and BBI. Saturday's lineup includes Jon Langston, Eric Chesser and Alika Arlynn.
On July 3, which is when the fireworks show will take place at the Frontier Sports Complex, musical guests include Maggie Speaks, Mike & Joe, Red Pop Fury and The PriSSillas.
The Starboards, Convoy, Wild Daisy, The Wayouts and ARRA will play July 4.
