Join Lambs Farm for its Fun & Fit Family Day 5K

Lambs Farm's Fun & Fit Family Day 2022 is coming up, from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 18.

After two years of virtual races, Lambs Farm is welcoming the public back for an in-person 5K run/2-mile walk to support more than 220 adults with developmental disabilities.

Runners and walkers will start at the Lambs Farm campus, 14245 W. Rockland Road, Libertyville, then make their way to the Old School Forest Preserve. After completing the race, there will be refreshments and games for children of all ages.

Registration is $30 per person or $120 for up to five people, and includes an official event T-shirt, finisher medal and all post run/walk activities. Registrants also have the opportunity to run for free through a referral program or earn Lambs Farm merchandise through fundraising.

All proceeds from this event help support the programs and services that make a difference in the lives of the remarkable men and women of Lambs Farm.

Lambs Farm is a nonprofit organization whose mission is helping people with developmental disabilities lead productive, happy lives and connecting with the human spirit in everyone.

Based near Libertyville, Lambs Farm strives to maintain exemplary vocational, residential, social and recreational programs, and to operate in a manner that will continue to help people grow.
