Shuffle's gambling lounges open in Schaumburg

SCHAUMBURG - The owner of four new Shuffle's Gaming Café and Lounges is marking the grand opening of the businesses this week.

Ketan "Ken" Patel, founder of Shuffles and local resident for over 20 years, received permission from the village early last year to open the gaming cafes at 2327 W. Schaumburg Road, 1227 N. Roselle Road, 722 E. Schaumburg Road and 13 W. Weathersfield Way.

The lounges feature premium cocktails and domestic beers on tap. Video gaming terminals are powered by Gold Rush Gaming.

"I am delighted to have been granted the opportunity to provide the Schaumburg community with an elegant option for entertainment," Patel said in a news release. "We look forward not only this evening but also many more evenings spent enjoying ourselves among friends as they come together over food, drinks and conversation inside one if its unique gaming venues like no other place else in town."
