Libertyville business wins agency of the year award

LIBERTYVILLE - American Family Insurance has awarded Pachis & Associates with its Illinois Agent of the Year award for 2021.

There are approximately 600 American Family agencies throughout the state who were considered for the annual award. In the past 19 years that Pachis & Associates have been in business, the 12-person agency has won the award eight times.

American Family Insurance determines the winner by evaluating an agency's production along with many customer service rankings.

"I have been doing business with Pachis & Associates for over ten years," said Charlie Clarke, whose company owns and manages apartment communities in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. "While we love that they are friendly folks and a local business, what keeps us coming back is their service, their value and their ability to quickly respond to our requests for insurance proposals and claims."
