'Luminaries in the Evolution of the Elgin Jewish Community' with Congregation Kneseth Israel June 26

The Hadassah Elgin Chapter and Congregation Kneseth Israel are collaborating in providing historical context to CKI's marking of the 130th anniversary of its presence in Elgin. "Luminaries in the Evolution of the Elgin Jewish Community" will be presented by Richard Renner of the Elgin History Museum at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 26, in the synagogue, 330 Division St. in Elgin.

Admission is $18; children are admitted free.

Advance admission can be purchased by check made out to Hadassah and mailed to Hadassah, c/o Charles Zimmerman, P.O. Box 5866, Elgin, IL 60121-5866. Those wishing to use a credit card may call (847) 828-6090 during business hours to reserve admission. Admission can also be purchased at the door. Entrance from the parking area will be in use.
