Fox Valley Orthopedics welcomes new physical medicine, rehabilitation specialist

Fox Valley Orthopedics is pleased to announce that Steven Bardfield, M.D., has joined their team of physicians, and is currently accepting new patients at the practice's Barrington, Elgin and Geneva locations.

Dr. Bardfield is a board-certified physician who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation with more than 25 years of medical experience and expertise. He specializes in providing nonsurgical treatment of painful spinal disorders, including neck and lower back muscular strains, herniated/bulging discs, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, facet joint arthritis, and sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction.

Dr. Bardfield received his Doctor of Medicine from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, Chicago, IL, and completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency from Medical College of Wisconsin, Wauwatosa, WI. He is a member of the Illinois State Medical Society, American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and the American Medical Association.
