Ingredion seeks additional investors

WESTCHESTER - Ingredion Inc., a global provider of ingredients to the food manufacturing industry, Thursday hosted its 2022 Investor Day from its Ingredion Idea Labs innovation center in New Jersey.

The event was hosted by James Zallie, president and chief executive officer, and James Gray, executive vice president and chief financial officer. A replay of the presentation is available on the company's website.

Ingredion, headquartered in Westchester, is a food ingredient solutions provider serving customers in more than 120 countries. With 2021 annual net sales of nearly $7 billion, the company turns grains, fruits, vegetables and other plant-based materials into value-added ingredient solutions for the food, beverage, animal nutrition, brewing and industrial markets.

The company's Ingredion Idea Labs innovation centers located around the world employ more than 12,000 people, who co-create with customers and bring the potential of nature and technology together, the company said.
