Two injured in Gurnee rollover crash

Two men were injured Tuesday evening in a rollover crash in Gurnee.

At 6:39 p.m. Tuesday, Gurnee firefighters responded to a single-vehicle accident on Route 41 near Washington Street.

Authorities said the vehicle went off the road on Route 41 and rolled over into a grassy area.

Both of the occupants had already exited the vehicle by the time firefighters arrived. Both men were taken to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
