Lee & Associates of Illinois closes trio of transactions in Elgin

ELGIN - Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, has closed three industrial transactions totaling over 163,000 square feet in Elgin.

Ken Franzese and John Cassidy, SIOR, Principals at Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented landlord James Campbell Company on the lease of 98,156 square feet at 2801 Galvin Drive. Joe Bronson of NAI Hiffman represented the tenant, Argents Express.

Jay Farnam, Executive Vice President Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented Burr Road, LLC on their sale of the 33,243-square-foot building at 1145 Jansen Farm Drive. Brian Kling and Reed Adler of Colliers represented the buyer.

Jeff Janda, SIOR and Chris Nelson, Principals at Lee & Associates' Illinois office, represented seller Slipmate, LLC on the sale of a 32,248-square-foot building at 1693-1697 Todd Farm Drive. Noel Liston and Nick Krejci of Darwin Realty and Development represented the Buyer in the transaction.
