Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce announces 2022 Four Under 40 honorees

NAPERVILLE - The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce announced the recipients of the 2022 Four Under 40 Achievement Awards. This prestigious annual award recognizes four young professionals under the age of 40 who demonstrate excellence in community leadership, leadership in business, as well as excellence in career, and life balance.

After an extensive interview process, the following young business professionals have been selected:

Kim Dalaskey, Principal Broker/Owner, Monarque Group; Marlee Harford, Owner, iTrees; Lauren Lee, owner, Lucky Duck Junk Removal; Paul Novak, Senior Wealth Manager, T2 Asset Management.

"We could not believe the number of impressive nominations for the Four Under 40 Achievement Award this year," said Kaylin Risvold, president & CEO of the NACC. "Not only does the volume of submissions mean our community is filled with young professionals leaving a mark, but it also shows us that Naperville businesses are flooded with capable future leaders primed to make change inside their respective fields made evident by the winners we have selected."

The Four Under 40 Achievement Awards is a signature event produced in partnership with the NACC Young Professionals Network. Co-Chair of the Young Professionals Network and past award recipient, Ashley Wilhelm noted: "This event, in its seventh year, has become something young professionals in our region work toward. They know how significant it is to stand out in a community of so many talented professionals and to have this recognition bestowed by such an elite Chamber of Commerce is something that can change a career trajectory."

The NACC looks forward to hosting this cocktail reception on June 1 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Danada House located at 3S501 Naperville Road in Wheaton. The afternoon will hold a brief program where the four award recipients are highlighted, as well as the impressive finalists nominated this year.
